INSTAGRAM COMPETITION – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION AND PRIVACY POLICY

1. Organizer

The organizer of this giveaway is the sole proprietorship eilenna . This giveaway is in no way affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or administered by Instagram or Meta.

2. General

By participating, the participant expressly accepts these terms and conditions. All personal designations in these terms and conditions apply to persons of all genders. Participation in the competition is voluntary, free of charge, and only possible under the conditions stated here.

3. Eligibility

All natural persons residing in Germany, Austria or Switzerland who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate.
Employees of eilenna and their relatives are excluded from participation.

4. Participation requirements

To participate in the competition, the following steps must be completed:

  1. Follow the Instagram account @eilenna.shop

  2. Like the giveaway reel ❤️

  3. Leave a comment with a guess as to how long the entire drilling process will take.

Multiple entries through multiple comments are allowed.

5. Competition period

The competition starts on 11.10.2025 at 15:00 CET and ends on 19.10.2025 at 23:59 CET (extended to 22.10.2025 at 23:59) .
Entries received after this time will not be considered.

6. Wins

The following prizes will be raffled among all valid entries:

🥈 2nd Prize: Gift voucher worth €25
🥉 3rd Prize: Gift voucher worth €10
The vouchers are exclusively available in the online shop www.eilenna.de Redeemable and non-transferable or redeemable for cash.

7. Determining and notifying the winners

The winners will be randomly selected from all comments and contacted via a private Instagram message .
If a winner does not respond within 5 working days , the claim expires and a new winner is drawn.

8. Disclaimer

Eilena is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
No liability is accepted for technical malfunctions, transmission errors or the failure of the Instagram platform.
Legal recourse is excluded.

9. Data protection

To participate in the competition, the Instagram usernames and – in the event of a win – the contact details of the winners will be collected and used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition.
All personal data will be deleted after the competition has ended.

10. Final Provisions

This competition is subject exclusively to German law.
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
